So many women experience different levels of discomfort/inconvenience while observing their menstrual cycle.
This ranges from cramps, vomiting, running fever to get very moody. It get very inconvenient when they still have to go about their office duties and still deal with the process.
This South African lady and her hubby had a rethink and thought it wise to allow such women to go ahead and apply for and be granted paid leave anytime they are observing their menstrual cycle. Isn’t that great?
Well, while many really commended the decision of the couple, other people believe it is actually not a wise business decision. Some men even demanded that they get ”erection leave’ as well, claiming it’s quite discomforting.
