
World number one, Novak Djokovic, on Sunday has been disqualified from his round of 16 match against the 20th seed, Pablo Carreno Busta.
Djokovic, the top Seed, down 5-6 in the first set of the four-round match hitting a ball at a line judge.
It was obvious that the line judge was really hurt and Novak quickly rushed towards her to see that she was okay.
Djokovic seems to be cruising to a first set win, at a lead of 5-4 and leading 40-0, however, in a way Busta had a come-back to even the set at 5-5.

Djokovic then needed an injury time out – down 30-0 in the 11th game, but he lost, which gave Busta a 6-5 lead. In frustration, he hit a ball behind him which went directly at the line official, who fell to the court almost immediately.
After a long discussion with the officials, it was decided that the No.1 be sent off, which ended his dream of gaining his 18th Grand Slam title, after going through 2020 unbeaten till Sunday.
“Djokovic has not lost this season, enjoying 26-match winning runs and had secured his 17th Grand Slam singles title at the Australian Open” Sky Sport reported
Djokovic is actually will not be the first to have been sent off in this regard but happening in a Grand Slam as the tournament favourite is something overwhelming.
