TikTok star, Tony Lopez sued for sexual battery

TikTok star Tony Lopez sued for sexual battery. After being accused of using his social media account to “groom” and have sex with two underage girls in a recent explosive case, Tony Lopez, one of the famous members of TikTok‘s Hype House has been sued over sexual battery use.

The underage girls, suing under the aliases H.L. Doe and C.H. Doe alleged that 21-year-old Lopez first began communicating with them via text and social media despite knowing they were minors. They also claim that he tried to coerce them into meeting for sexual encounters.

According to TMZ, H.L. Lopez alleges that she was first lured away by her friends on Jan. 4, 2020, she was interested in illicit sexual activities, including oral and vaginal intercourse.

The teen insists in the suit that she told him she was 16 before the meeting, but later acknowledged that she was only 15.

She also claimed that they had sex again on Jan. 19 at his place in Nevada, and because he wanted to keep their relationship secret, Lopez ordered her not to take pictures on her computer.

The 2nd accuser, C.H., had claimed she met Lopez sometime in April 2020 when she was invited to the Hype House in L.A. by one of its founders, Thomas Petrou.

According to her, they exchanged text and Snapchat info, and Lopez knowing she was 16 almost immediately began soliciting nude photos or video from her.

Oh! C.H. Lopez alleges that he submitted a picture of himself with the caption, “Show me your boobs,” and repeatedly attempted to induce her to send pornographic pictures or sneak out to have sex with him.

She still said she refused his appeal, but he reportedly sent her nude photographs exposing his penis, according to the complaint.

Lopez is being sued by the two girls for sexual battery and emotional harm. They’re also suing Hype House for neglect and its creators, including Petrou and Chase Hudson.

The TikTok personality refuted the allegations in a letter to TMZ in response to the litigation alleging sexual battery and emotional distress.

He said, “These accusations are all false. I never sent nude to these ladies, and I never asked them to give me pictures. And, I certainly wouldn’t have sex with someone who told me they were minors.”

“This whole thing seems to me to be a capture of money. I’m going to fight it to the very end. I’m not going to let them want to tame my image and threaten my dignity.
