American rapper, YFN Lucci, who is wanted for murder, in relation to a shooting in December that left one man dead and another sustaining injury, has turned himself in to police.
Police in Atlanta said this on Wednesday evening, January 13, that Rayshawn Bennett, aka YFN Lucci, showed himself up. He is currently at the Fulton County Jail.
Bennett faces charges of felony murder, high-degree assault, participation in criminal street gang activity, and also firearm possession, during the commission of a felony.
He was wanted on the countless charges which is in connection with his alleged role played in the December 10, shooting to death a 28-year-old James Adams.
Two other suspects, Ra’von Boyd, 23, and Leroy Pitts, 17, were also arrested in Miami on same charges for their alleged roles played in the murder of James Adams.
The victim who was found with a bullet wound on the face on Dec. 10, reportedly, later died of his injuries. A second gunshot victim came at a nearby fire station; that victim was able to survive his injuries, and investigators confirmed the shootings were related.
From the police report, the shooting happened at a separate location, however Adams’ corpse was left off nearby. Police officers found many bullet shell casings at the scene.
YFN Lucci has worked with the likes of Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, Migos, and 2Chainz, and many more.
He released his first mixtape, “Wish Me Well,” in 2014, and scored a hit 3 years later with his “Long Live Nut” EP, which went up to No. 27 on the Billboard 200.
His first album, “Ray Ray From Summerhill,” in 2018 was, at a point, rated No. 14.
