Manchester City ‘offer Cristiano Ronaldo two-year contract worth £230,000-a-week
Pep Guardiola’s side had hoped to sign Tottenham star and England captain Harry Kane to replace Kun Aguero, who joined Barcelona for £150 million, but Kane confirmed on Wednesday that he will remain at Spurs for the rest of the season.
According to Gianlucadimarzio, City are willing to offer Ronaldo a two-year contract worth more than £230,000 per week, but they are unwilling to pay Juventus a transfer price for the Portuguese legend.
According to the source, the Old Lady is looking for about £25 million for the player, which would allow them to locate a successor so late in the transfer season.
PSG is also interested in Ronaldo, since the French club is fighting to maintain Kylian Mbappe, who was the subject of a £137 million proposal from Real Madrid earlier this week.
